When yoga finds you, it never leaves you
Compassion and care are important to me, as well as intimacy with your body and your feelings.
My yogasana classes are dynamic, rigorous and focused on technique however they are coupled equally with empathy, connection and fun!
Drawing from my astrological knowledge and insight, I link yoga practice to the moon phases and astrological transits.
Beyond my love for yoga (Ashtanga 200 RYT), what has kept me coming back to the mat consistently has been, necessity; it makes living with arthritis in my hips, arms and back more manageable. It also strengthens my sensitive knee which has had two surgeries.
Yoga grounds me, making me more centred in my body. As an intuit it allows me to gauge what energy does or does not belong to me.
I am also a breathwork and mediation teacher.

When I was 12, I visited my first Hatha Yoga class with my mother in Kenya.
It was only in my late twenties that I took yoga seriously during my “Bikram” years. I went almost everyday and at times; doing two classes in a row. After three or four years I found the practise militant, patronising and non-inclusive. I moved into Vinyasa, deepening the practice after my health deteriorated. My daily practice helped me restore and maintain my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kundalini tend to be my go-to practice. I teach a variety of yoga disciplines to groups and individuals.

Groups of minimum of five people, in the privacy of your own space, catered to your needs. I teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and some Kundalini.
